The public roll of the citizens of the Realm of Luxemburry, kept by the Office of Citizenship since June 12, 1723. Every citizen has an entry and a number. No number has ever been reused.
The Register is a single book, begun on the day the Charter was read in Valdoria. The first entry is Zevi the Great, LX-1723-0001. The book is kept in the Office of Citizenship on Charter Square, and this page is its public copy. Entries are added on the day of naturalization and published on Warden's Day, March 21, or sooner where the citizen agrees.
Each entry records five things: the citizen's name, the citizen number, the date of naturalization, the region of the Realm the citizen belongs to, and the citation, the reason given in the decree of the High Warden. Where a citizen holds an honor of the Realm or a title, that is recorded beneath the citation.
Numbers take the form LX, the year of naturalization, and the sequence within the whole Register: LX-2026-0007 is the seventh citizen ever entered, naturalized in 2026. The sequence never restarts. Certificates of Naturalization carry the number and a code that opens the citizen's entry on this page, so a certificate can always be checked against the Register.
Citizens choose how their name appears: in full, or as a first name and initial. Entries may be withheld from the public copy at the citizen's request, in which case only the number is published. Questions about an entry should quote the number and be sent to Government@Luxemburry.eu.
